Most institutions are data rich and value poor
Ministries, central banks, customs authorities, telcos, utilities and banks across West Africa sit on decades of operational data. Payments and settlement records. Customs declarations. Patient and pharmacy records. Grid and metering logs. Land registries. Subscriber and mobility data. Almost none of it is structured, governed or priced.
When that data does get used, the value usually leaves the continent. It is exported into foreign models and foreign platforms, and comes back as a licence fee. The institution that generated it keeps the cost and loses the asset.
AVDA AI exists to reverse that sequence. We build the pipelines, governance and models that let an institution use its own data at home, and we help it decide where that data should earn and where it should never be shared at all.
